We've completely redesigned our coilovers and offsets due to manufacturing issues from a previous vendor. While they were USA made, they fell well short of our standards and some of the units that failed inspection made it through powder coating and assembly and eventually to customers. We recalled all the units with known problems and cancelled all orders from that vendor.
Since losing our casting manufacturer back in November of 2025, we've been working on how to build a high quality unit built for street or track that we can manufacture mostly in-house. As of July 2026, we are in production doing the welding, powder coating and final assembly all in-house. We have two machine shops and three laser cutters producing the raw materials so we can put these together with tight tolerances, in a timely manner, with a high quality finish our customers come to expect.
These are laser welded and mig welded for the cleanest finished appearance and highest strength possible. Below are our production images of our new products.
In 2027 we aim to have BOTH a cast and modular version available but will plan to move the majority of production back to a cast version for ease of manufacturing. We have a new cast manufacture on board that we hope to have into production early 2027.
