1963-67 Corvettes may need to radius the front bumper brackets for clearance OR add shims/washers to the bumper bracket bolts located on the #1 crossmember.
The fastest and easiest way to refine handling and get rid of body roll is to bolt on an anti-sway bar system designed specifically for your car. During hard cornering all cars will try to roll to the outside of a turn. Anti-sway bars transfer energy to the opposite side of the vehicle while turning, resisting the body roll and making your car corner flatter.
How To Choose A Bar:
1" Front Bar and 5/8" Rear Bar is recommended for 1963-1967 Corvettes for increased performance and compatibility with the cars' lighter weight and tire size.
1-1/8" Front Bar and 5/8" Rear Bar is recommended for 1968-1982 Corvettes, depending on application, road conditions and spring rate. Corvettes with larger wheels do not need as much rear bar as a car with smaller wheels. Stiffer sidewall tires reduce tire flex which leads to less body roll. These car do NOT need a lot of rear bar.
